Meet Jeff McLenna, owner and sole operator of Brocker Ceramic LLC. Since starting Brocker Ceramic LLC back in 1999, he’s been recognized as a top tile contractor in the Lapeer/ Metamora/ Oxford areas, as well as the Port Huron/Blue Water areas learning and perfecting his technique over the past 25 years.

Our Tile Installation Process

Estimate

A member of our tile team will come to your home to discuss your project. After we understand your vision, we'll provide you with an estimate and an approximate cost.

Design Creation

We'll use the measurements you provide and assist you in choosing the perfect tile or stone. From there, we'll begin the initial design phase. We offer a wide range of options for your fireplace, kitchen, and bathroom tiling projects.

Approval

You'll review our design draft and give your approval! At this stage, you can request changes to the brand, color, pattern, or tile size. This is your final opportunity to make adjustments before we begin the work.

Installation Starts

With your approval in place, we can now start the work! We'll remove any old tiles and then begin your installation. Since we have plenty of experience, this part of the process will move along swiftly.

Clean-Up

We’ll vacuum up any dust and gather all our tools, ensuring your home is left spotless. Our team knows the importance of keeping your space clean. Before we leave, we’ll make sure your new floors look absolutely perfect.

Project Completion
